FULL TIME AND PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST POSITIONS

US:

For over a decade, Around The Block has operated a 7000 square foot retail consignment store featuring a diverse range of products ranging from from high end antiques to high style contemporary home furnishings.

YOU:

You're a people person who will bring a positive, can-do attitude to the Customer Service department of our small team. You are able to juggle multiple customers and tasks, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You are great with clients both in person, and over the phone.

You know something about and have a passion for: home furnishings, lighting, fine art, china, tableware, jewellery and/or collectibles.

You've worked on a POS system. A busy cash desk doesn't scare you. You're good at packing delicate and breakable objects

You know it's important to keep the store clean and looking great. A background in merchandising or visual presentation would be an asset, as would previous experience working in high end retail.



Requirements:

Full-time availability
1 year of customer service experience in a specialized sales environment
Adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate and understanding of POS systems
Comfortable working at heights
Able to lift 30lbs
